What’s PictTweet?
PictTweet is a Twitter client for iPhone/iPod touch. It allows you to upload a hand-writing picture easily via Twitpic. PictTweet Plus! allows you to draw on a picture and optimized for iPad.

How to show pics on the timeline
You can show pictures on your time line with bookmarklet or userscript (Greasemonkey).
